Easiest cake recipe: 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 160 ml marg, 200ml milk. Mix together. Then add dry ingredients: 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 12.5ml baking powder, pinch salt. Mix until thoroughly combined. Make as cake or cupcakes. Never fails!
