Homemade Soap- Therapeutic Homemade Shampoo Recipe

Ingredients:
9.5 oz (270ml) Mineral water
2 Chamomile teabags
24.5 oz (700ml) Olive Oil
3.5 oz (99ml) Sweet Almond Oil
2 oz (60g) Beeswax
2 oz (55g) Creamed coconut
4 oz (110g) Lye (Sodium Hydroxide/Caustic Soda)
4 teaspoons (20ml) Bergamot essential oil
2 teaspoons (10ml) Lavender essential oil
1 teaspoon (5ml) Geranium essential oil
1 teaspoon (5ml) Rosemary essential oil
Specifics To This Recipe:
Use the Cold Process Method shown below plus the following recipe specific steps:
In Step 1 – Put the chamomile teabags into a bowl Boil the mineral water and pour it over them. Once cooled, strain, and reserve the infusion. Substitute the water for the infusion in the cold process method.
In Step 3 – Melt the creamed coconut with the oils and wax this will need to be stirred continuously to avoid the coconut from sticking to the bottom of the pan whilst heating.
In Step 4 – Combine oils and lye when both temperatures equally reach 130 F (55 C)

There are many fabrics out there which can make for a confusing choice, I would definitely recommend cotton or linen first. Nothing too thin or flimsy, unless you are doing to add interfacing to stiffen it, or batting to bulk it up. Quilt weight cotton is most common. Home decor and upholstery fabrics are often used too as they're quite sturdy and durable. Other fabrics you can use are leather (or faux leather), vinyl, canvas, silk, wool, calico or denim. Purses are hardly ever made with stretch fabric so don't make life difficult for yourself by choosing a stretchy material! - For linings, a thinner material than the outside is used and it is often smooth and slippery such as polyester or nylon. Cotton is also a popular choice, especially if you want the lining to be patterned. Поэтому утром после того как проснётесь, первое время может даже сохраняться ощущение «тугоподвижности» в плече или руке.
Таким образом, можно утверждать, что самым простым средством избавления от онемения рук по ночам будет замена вашей подушки на менее высокую и более удобную.
Если онемение связано с развитием остеохондроза, во многом Вы можете помочь себе самостоятельно.
Отличный способ снять напряжение в шее
- растяжка и улучшение эластичности мышц шеи;
- выполнение упражнений для гибкости шейного отдела.
Cнять напряжение с трапециевидной мышцы.
Давайте сейчас попробуем снять избыточное напряжение с трапециевидной мышцы и освободим от давления нижнюю часть шейного отдела позвоночника:
- выведите грудную клетку вперед (это движение важно для тех, кто сутулится)
- поднимите плечи вверх, а затем опустите их максимально вниз
- расслабьте шею и плечи.
В течение дня обращайте внимание на положение плеч и как только они начнут подниматься вверх, снова опускайте их вниз, в правильное положение. Тем самым Вы расслабите трапециевидную мышцу и освободите шею от излишнего напряжения.
Напоследок – простой рецепт, улучшающий кровообращение в кистях рук. Смешиваем 50 г нашатырного (10%) и 10 г камфорного спирта с литром воды и столовой ложкой соли. Натираем перед сном суставы кистей рук. Это полностью или частично решит проблему ночного онемения.
